Party Rings — major outage

  • Resolved — 16:42All Party Rings have been removed from the tin. A post-incident review has concluded that they should not be reintroduced. This incident is closed.
  • Monitoring — 15:10Remaining units isolated in a Tupperware container in the second drawer. Monitoring for recurrence.
  • Identified — 14:05Root cause traced to an unapproved change to the biscuit procurement process, made without a change request by a member of the founding team who will not be named here.
  • Investigating — 13:48We are aware that the tin contains Party Rings and are investigating.
Saturday 12 September

Hobnobs (milk chocolate) — degraded performance

  • Monitoring — 11:20Dunk success rate recovering. Users are reminded that the supported tea temperature range is 78–82°C and that anything freshly poured is out of scope.
  • Identified — 10:55Elevated dunk failure rate caused by a mug measured at 97°C. Structural collapse occurred at 2.1 seconds against a documented tolerance of 3.5.

Custard Creams — partial outage

  • Resolved — 09:15 MondayCapacity restored following an emergency run to the Co-op. No data was lost.
  • Identified — 16:30 FridayA single user consumed four units in one session, exhausting available capacity before the weekend. Rate limiting is under consideration.
